Hi I seem to have an oil leek on the transfer box not sure where its comming from any ideas?

Give it a clean then see if ye can see where it's comin' from. Remember that oil travels and it could be comin' from the front of yer box;)
 
Is it a common fault for the tranfer box to leek if so what are the possible places this could be comming from:confused:

Yes usually from the seal where the shaft enters the gearbox, or from the square access plate on the back or one from one of the retaining bolts, boltholes as the bolt goes into the transferbox.
 
I have heard of people talking about adding white shepard? what is this stuff and does it work?

Not sure it would be good for the box or the dog, and can't even begin to imagine how you'd get one through the filler:D
