I think it is two-thirds of what you state the maximum rpm or some proportion like that. Most people lie about their max rpm!

18250 listed for the PanigaleA large capacity Ducati v4 Will be tested at i think 5500rpm and i think some of them will rev to 16500 rpm at the limiter
