The fluid sensor can fail in the reservoirNot fluid level. It was first thing I checked and mechanic checked too. Handbrake goes off, brake system doesn't. It's all poiting to a sensor/wire.
Only one more sleep to go![]()

Yes.Do you have insomnia too?
On another note, anyone got any idea why she is creaking from back when she settles after being switched off? TIA.
It could be the handbrake. A lot of cars do it. As the sus drops the angle of the arm changes at the rear and can force the handbrake a little.
Lots of hills around hereMine creaks if I adjust the height with the handbrake on and in park. Much smoother in neutral and no handbrake. As long as you're not on a hill![]()
Did it start after you had the brakes done? My handbrake was crap but the local indi fitted new discs and pads and got it working properly. What about if you just stick it in park without the handbrake until it's settled?Lots of hills around hereShe only recently started creaking from rear when the air suspension is settling after parking up.
Dare I say it, you ain't pulling hard enough'..Lots of hills around hereShe only recently started creaking from rear when the air suspension is settling after parking up.
