What was the rangerover that clarkson had. I know it was a classic but do you reckon it had the orignal air suspension.. this episode had the 3 4x4s going through the jungle hammond had the jeep.may had the suzuki jimmy..
The EAS on the clasics came in in 1992 for the LSE and 1993 to 1995 for the Vogue models....
The LSE was a 4.2 and the 1992/3 onwards was 3.9...all were injected from either 1988 or 1986 can't remember which....
He had a 3.5 carb'ed V8 so it was on coils.....

Not really, a Classic with decent condition EAS could have managed the same trip I am sure. Only real risk is a punctured air spring, but then he was risking a snapped coil and leafers risk snapped leaf springs...everything has it's pro's and con's!
