<<I've checked through all the threads - but if anyone has already answered this; sorry for the re-question.>>
My TDI200 shakes heavily after the ignition is turned off; it lasts for around 2 seconds and makes the entire car thud around.
I have changed the exhaust system, checked the timing and the top engine mounts (in case they were broken).
Any thoughts on what this could be? Some "wise?" theories are - Faulty solenoid, faulty ECM, blocked air inlet.
The car starts absolutely perfectly (almost before the key is fully turned).
I had a 110 TDI200 a while back which did the same, it was only when I drove someone elses TDI200 that I realised I had a problem!
Any thoughts geniunely appreciated as it's the only real problem with this gorgeous piece of car.
