Take off the rocker cover and have a look, you may have an broken injector

Just took rocker cover off and found camshaft 3bolts loose and 1 head snap off. Thanks mate for your reply

Oh dear, hope you get the broken bolt out alright mate! Could be worth doing the injector seals and washers and the harness whilst you’re there

I've never needed the slide hammer to get injectors out just used a long Allen key.
