Afternoon all

Got an interesting issue with my TD5 that when cornering and the blower fan is on it squeals as if I've got a sticky break calliper ( which is what I thought it was at first) Switch the blower off and the noise stops it seems like weight transfer related but happens even just moving the wheel off centre slightly as well

Has anyone seen this before in a D2? I've not found anything in the search

Just the blower on the off button, its been in econ mode most of time since I bought it but it does the same with econ and Aircon

Mine's done this (but on braking rather than cornering) - it's because leaves get in through the air intake grille and lodge themselves beside the fan When there's a sideways force (eg cornering / braking) the fan moves and contacts the debris making the squeak.

It's fairly easy to get the fan out (especially if you're double jointed) and there's a "how to" either here or on d2 boys club. The fan is up behind the glove box above the kick panel.

Spot on! thank you very much!
