Whats the best thing to do with the rear springs on a series 2/3, im sure someone mentioned about spraying fluid in-between each leaf ?

spray them with waxoyl ,thinning it makes it better

grease thinned with petrol works well......work it in as best you can and go for a drive on a nice bumpy road then do it again.......the petrol evaporates leaving the grease behind

Get a can of spray grease avalable from most motor factors.

mine now have semi permanent leans after series of same direction bends, i am not so sure about the interleaf greasing method.
question to all: if ford and LDV could do single leaf rear springs on one ton plus vehicles, why can't land rover or their suppliers?
one leaf is a perfect solution, just get working dampers!
