Where’s the best place to get black versions of these and what are they called? (Bolts I know).

Get stainless, button head hex drive off of eBay.

Dunno, can't remember.
Probably m8 and 20mm long.
Remove one and check.

If your talking about the out of focus bolts at the bottom of the photo, then make sure you get the correct grade stainless steel. They are a body mount. If your talking about the light retaining screws, then any stainless steel will do.
