Gents I have really hot aircon pipes - it sounds like hissing in the car as soon as the compressor switches in think it may be boiling the gas any ideas ?

the smaller pipe(high side) should be hot,the larger pipe(low side) should be cold.

I have had a good look and the smaller is very hot too hot to touch but the compressor is running all the time so think that there may be a problem with the dual pressure switch or the thermal cut out will check the readings on them in the next couple of days - I have had the engine out a couple of times so may have dislodged something

Its the compressor or the pump in the compressor the fins are all cracked so will take the other off the donor
