Wouldn't mind that little lot on my drive mate - nice! That's pretty much my preferred P38, met red with the later headlights and those rims..found it

The P38 is rated to tow 3.5 tonnes and can actually do 5 tonnes where the law allows, so a series should be a breeze. Don't forget to lock the air suspension when towing per the owners manual.
The diesel auto is a good tow car.
5 tonnes?
My manual (admittedly English) say 750kg unbraked and 3,500 braked.
Reckon it could probably do 5 tonnes although I wouldn't want to do a hill start in a manual DT!

The trailer would have to be braked and where 5 tonnes is allowed, quite likely electronically controlled as used in Canada and elewhere. Are the breaks good enough to stop it if it's towing 5 tonnes..?
I've done 2.5 tonnes of wet sand in a 500 kg Ifor trailer.
Tows fine, but not much fun going up hills.
