Is it okay to use Wynn's power steering stop leak on a TD5? I've read somewhere else that it's too thick and can knacker the pump. Has anyone used it successfully?
Have seen a few people use it but usualy end up changing the pump !! Nothing can fix worn seals and bearings realy !! Think I'd rather put the cash towards a pump !!!! I've used second hand pimps from breakers !! Doncaster motor spares !! Never had a problem !!! Good luck!!!
Some people use a bit of brake fluid in with the pas fluid as it swells the seals slightly - but you are just putting off the problem for a bit. Give us some more info on where the leak is and how bad it is and we can advise from there

I'm not sure where the leak is coming from but it's not bad but making a mess on the drive. The wind spreads the oil so I need to clean it off and take a closer look. I'll probably get a new pump for it then but I'm not sure I fancy changing it myself
