There you go Dopey, use a hair dryer or GENTLE heat from a hot air gun.I made a former out of wood so that the pipe is held in shape while it cools. If you had told us what block in your first post I could have advised you and posted a photo but it's too dark and scary to go out to my garage now.

Ha ha, it was a one use jig and as you can see it took me hour's. Found it last week during my garage clearout or should I say redistribution.Does it have the T.C.A precision tools stamp on the other side?

OK I am going to make the mold thing to shape the tube, got a pencil sharpener, ordered a pipe cutter (99p) will look at what size pipes I need, kept the link to the pipe to buy the right size.... im going to do this right!!!!!
