Does anyone know if they are closed for easter or something. Trying to call them from here using international no but no answer. Also not answering emails. I only managed to get through after they had closed for the day to here a recorded message

I rang their number 44 1629 760877 from UK and it just rings out as well.

I've had trouble getting through quite a few times, a right pain in the backside. Just seems like they don't bother answering the phone sometimes.

I ordered some bits on Sunday evening online, they arrived Tuesday, I ordered a few more bits yesterday, they're going through the process now, so their auto emails say ..

All sorted, got the wife on the case and eventually they answered. Apparently they are flat out busy. Tried online but all went wrong at the payment stage.

They are just busy. I spent over an hour trying to get through and gave up in the end. I sent them an email and got the following reply.
HiWe are not closed just very busy since the Easter holidays. What can we help you with.?Regards

Parts arrived today, 8 days after the order went in. No reply to 2 e-mails and lots of blue bags dispite trying to avoid them. Not a happy chappy.

I went in there today and there was a notice up advertising quite a few vacancies, so that might explain it. I'm trying to get the wife to apply, so I can use her staff discount!
