I've had trouble getting through quite a few times, a right pain in the backside. Just seems like they don't bother answering the phone sometimes.

All sorted, got the wife on the case and eventually they answered. Apparently they are flat out busy. Tried online but all went wrong at the payment stage.

They are just busy. I spent over an hour trying to get through and gave up in the end. I sent them an email and got the following reply.

Parts arrived today, 8 days after the order went in. No reply to 2 e-mails and lots of blue bags dispite trying to avoid them. Not a happy chappy.
