If you have air coming out of the exhaust filter with the compressor running, the diaphragm valve is probably leaking.
110psi is more than enough, pressure in the air springs is not much over 60psi at normal height.

Only time a bag will get anything like 110 PSI in it will be the rear ones with a ton of flags in the back. If you have inflated them to wade height or above drop the pressure to around 60 PSI as Keith suggests.

I did, whilst waiting fit an online valve to the pipe that goes to the tank and bought a tyre inflater with the self level relay out at night. This proved that my suspension didn't have a leak also, as after 5 days of being sat there it stayed up even in all corners.
However...
Its not a big issue just annoying. With that sorted I went back to leaving it with relay in. But for some reason it decides to lower itself. As soon as I shut the door it does it thing. Sometimes overnight it stays up but does a little jig in the morning. Other times it's right down (still air in tank so raises straight away)
