Hopefully someone will be able to help, I seem to have lost the perminant live to the dashboard, clock and radio both gave up at the same time. No obvious breaks in any cables that I can find.

Obviously I checked the fuse and thats not the problem, is a continuity test as simple as from the fuse box to the clock etc.

Any other ideas?

Earths are fine, when testing I also double checked using a wander lead direct to the negative terminal on the battery.

I would assume the radio works off a relay as does the dash, without checking my wiring diagrams I cant say yes or no (MHM will know though when he's back online)

I'd suggest checking the relay board (the panel will tell you which numbers which) then test them by swapping in a working one

My dash lights used to die but the radio and clocks didn't, this was due to the fuse controlling the front fog lights blowing thanks to a poor earth

Yep not normal blade type though. Tbh I haven't checed thouse to thoroughly as the labels did not apear relivant.

Check Fuse B1 (Radio memory, Interior lights & Clock), should be a 5A (Orange)

second row in fuse box at one end. Brown in, Purple/White out.

If B1 has no input it could be the relevant fusible link, however I thought that engine fuse box systems replaced fusible links.

Im a little lost now.

There is not, or more likely I can't find the fuse mentioned above.

I have two fuse boards one under the steering wheel which has more fuses in it and one in the engine bay directly behind the battery which has one row of larger fuses and a single row of blade fuses. None of them have blown.

I also have no interior light, obviously on the same circuit.

interior fuse box second row at the end - orange in colour.

remove fuse and check whether there is power at either end with engine running. report back.

Doesn't mater now torched the thing in anger.

Alternatvly if anyone else has the same problem, its fuse 6 on the saterlite board at the top and is labeled with a picture of a trailer!

Also dont asume just because the fuse looks ok it is.

Thanks for the help guys.
