You've got to remove the suspension strut to fit the lift kit, which is a doddle anyway, then fit the pins when you put it back together.as i said - suspension geometry rebuild
Just an extra £45 thats all.
so yu dont need longer AR bar drop links? Longer brake hoses? It dont change the cv Joint drive angles front and rear, increasing wear rates? and a host of others I, most likely, havent thought of?

A lot of folk have just fitted the lift kit, and had a 4 wheel alignment done, and had no problems over thousands of miles.
That doesn't mean it's correct.
The OP asked - I don't think all that is necessary to go greenlaning.

For the price of doing it propper, he could buy a cheap tatty disco, just use ir for greenlaning, not worry about the (plastic) bodywork and keep the hippo as a comfy road 4x4.
