hi just changed the speedo in my p38, i now need to sync the oddmeter so it shows the correct mileage. is ther anyone in the peterborough area who could help me out rather than go to the steallers and getting ripped off!

You can't sync it!

The mileage is stored in the BeCM aswell as the speedo binacle. The system always compares the 2 on start up and defaults to the HIGHEST!!

If you've put a second hand unit in with high miles on it, this will transfer into the Becm and you're stuck with it.

If it is a used instrument cluster and you are stuck, give me a shout and I can put the mileage right for you in both the becm and the cluster.
If its new and you can not find anyone local then you can always post both units to me and I will sync them. You would get them back in 48hrs. Its another option if it helps.
Handy if find someone local though.
