Hi All, currently looking after my partners p38 oily (joy). Getting dirty tmrw fitting an in tank fuel pump. No fuel on cranking with filter off, filled and refitted he managed to start it and get it onto the drive just and it cut out and then moved it on the starter (the fool) to get it fully on the drive and it started again and now starts and runs fine now. I'm changing the pump as a matter of course anyway. Could it be clogged with bio or is it gubbed. Its done plenty miles so I think gubbed. I'll let y'all now how it went.

Good luck, not a bad job just mark the pipes and all will go great. Sure it will only be clogged up
