is there any faults to look for when there´s no seatheat , exept for short Cuts in the seatbase ?
light´s on when you press the buttons , but there´s no heat in either front seat.

First thing to do is check all the fuses (check RAVE for which ones) - this is I'm afraid extremely optimistic...
Somewhere on here is a hint to check the wiring - I think it's possible to get the back to work alone if only the seat has failed, as pointed out, search up ;)
If the elements have gone (very likely) then there is an excellent guide on RangeRovers.net as to how to fix them. I've never done it as it looks a right pain for little gain :p

No fuses for heated seats. They are switched to earth by the BECM on request from HEVAC unit when switches are active. Check if there is power to them with ignition on. If so broken elements.

Ah my mistake, I read on here once that there were 2 30A fuses

No my mistake, there is one fuse that supplies relays in BECM for heated seats. Fuse 2, BECM fuses 30 AMP. :):)
