Another shameful act of betraying a customer when they flog a car and don't repair it under warranty, when there's clearly a fault.

Bad PR is the best thing a bad garage can have.

Well done for standing up to them ! I sincerely hope the story spreads and they suffer a drop in car sales. Bet they don't learn their lesson.

quality response from the dealer:

"A man answering to the name of John – but said he was not the owner and was retired – was told by our reporter that a disgruntled customer was staging a sit-down hunger strike outside.

‘John’ replied: “Well, I hope he’s fat because he’ll be out there a long time.”"
