Hi Kev,
You need a torque wrench that will do 20 N/m, my others started at 28 so I had to get another one as you need this for the Head Bolts. A varied range of sockets and some extension bars and I would get a 6 sided strong socket for the head bolts so you don't round them. Make sure you use some card to keep the push rods in place. Plenty of bags to label all the parts and some patience
There are alot of people here who will give you any help and advice. If you read Gav's post he goes into it in alot of detail and get a copy of Rave too.

you will be fixin it every 3 monts now its failed just bin it dude.put in 2.5dt or tdi.

Thoroughly check the rocker arms and shafts for wear, whilst you have it stripped. You will have to strip them down to see it. Cheap enough to replace.
