It gone from 32mpg to 26mpg same journey's same driving style.
Only changes are 17" wheels off 15" A/T on and it's colder
Could it just be heater and electrical stuff on doing it

measure your wheels from ground to the top just to see if there is a difference

I think you could discount the tyre change as I would have expected the 195/80 15 to have given you more rather than less mpg as they are bigger.
