Wheres the intake for the Turbo ?

Seen a few bodge jobs on conversions,

If your going to do it well,

Stencil on the right wing where in intake should be,

Cut out and fit snorkal,

Finish will depend on what tools you have access to,

Thats how I would go about it,

Or you can go from the only free top vent on the wing,

Doesnt look as good imo and uses more material, But maybe an easier alternative

If you have no side vent then i would go through the wingtop.

Looks much better imo :p not many people do it this way.

Plus you don't have to cut holes into the side panel. Also you don't have to mess around with inner wings and all the worries of getting the wing piece to seal to the outer etc.

Just get a longer piece of 2" flex pipe and go straight from the bottom of snorkel through wing top grill and into air box.

Excellent thanks! Any tips of where and what snorkel to buy?

IMO the best one is Southdown even if you have to cut into the wing it sits inboard of the car is made out of steel and will take a billody big bash from a tree and still work un like others on the market
One other thing to remember is you must seal all pipes with tiger seal

So you can get one for £30 then get it and as many as you can sell them and be happy

Just googled it and they come up at 246 quid

Mine was 60 posted, must be a different one you are talking about, is it plastic or steel?
