Still trying to workout how to see this sd card it’s file format won’t open I’ve got to get notepad or excel to open it I think
The file should open in either Notepad or Excel. Nanocom CSV format is not quite correct because BBS are still using semi-colons rather than commas to separate the variables.

Semi colon is valid, you can select it as the delimiter when you open in excel

Yes they look reasonable to me. Voltage difference could either be differences in the sensor tolerances, or maybe slightly different supply voltage due to contact resistance in the connectors. You could try swapping the snsors over to see if the lower output moves to bank-A. Also give the connectors a thorough clean just in case.

Don't bother looking for the Downstream / Post-Cat sensors because UK P38's usually don't have them.
 
Got a couple more results today ive it means anything don’t know why the image changed cleaned all the electrical connections and checked for leak in exhaust’s any difference between these and previous images which maybe cause the failure will be much appreciated

Unless you have O2 sensors after the CAT's (i.e. 2 pre & 2 post), don't bother with the Downstream values. Main focus should be these values:

Upstream Bank-A & Bank-B
Short term trims
Long term trims
MAF
Throttle & RPM
Is the ECU in Closed-Loop or not ?

The O2 sensors are switching, so they are working. The switching rate should vary with Throttle & RPM. What do they show with the engine at Idle & 2500rpm ?
