Surely the point of lifting it is to make it sit higher?
Why else would you lift it?

Well yes, if it's lifted, but just 'cos longer springs are fitted doesn't mean it's actually lifted when stood ... Putting longer, but softer, springs on can make it sit 'normally' but should aid articulation and give freer axle movement when off-road, if it also has longer, softer, shocks. This setup also allows freer upward movement of the body/chassis whilst still allowing the tyres to grip. The chassis might touch ground, but the springs will still push the tyres down and still get some (albeit marginal) grip. Softer suspension gives better traction, generally, and the springs are lengthened mostly to make it sit and drive normally.

Most lifts use either standard weight or Heavy Duty springs which do give a lift when stood normally.

Hence why simply measuring arbitrary bits can't give you a definitive answer.

2", they're yellow... with De Carbon shocks.

Its a guess and thats all we can do without knowing history nor seeing the vehicle.

I would say if they are yellow somone has fitted yellow britpart "lift kit" whay shocks are fitted? they may help, may not. I'm not a keen fan of "lift kits" I would want to know spring rates and decompressed lengths before fitting anything. Thats why I stayed with LR springs and choose from them as they have the figures available. Alot of "lift Kits" are just bloody strong springs.
