Good morning all

I'm just prepping for my MOT in a month or so and need to replace both front and rear propshafts on my TD5 Defender 90.

I use Landy pretty much every day but only for on road driving.

I just want a straight replacement and most suppliers stock the Britpart shafts. My only concern is that my experience of Britpart has been either really great or absolute rubbish. Im happy to go for OEM Hardy Spicer units which are about £40 dearer but I just cant justify the Gyn Lewis ones which are about double the price (im sure they are awesome bits of kit).

I have done a restoration on Landy about 4 years ago and I am just renewing when required now. She is pretty standard with no lift or anything like that.

I would appreciate any views members may have and any recommendations for suppliers.

Thanks everyone

Get the OEM ones then as it's likely the ujs might be slightly better and last a bit longer.
Don't forget to grease them on a regular basis.
