Lord Hippo
Dear Land Rover

I have owned and cared for my Freelander for many years. I loves ma hippo I does. I couldn't bear to be without it. In great sadness I have to consider that one day my Freelander may break beyond what I can repair.

With this in mind, I would like to offer you the opportunity to utilise my Freelandering knowledge and skills to assist in the development and testing of an electric Freelander. I would be keen to work with you on the concept of an electric Freelander in a mutually beneficial partnership whereby I would own and test drive one for free, if you would be so good as to give me a free electric Freelander to keep for everer and everer.

I would provide honest feedback on ownership and the design as well as service and repair it to ensure its maintained to a high standard. We have an electric charging point at work too so we won't need to pay for the electric. I can't think of anything more satisfying than taking an electric Freelander for regular test drives on and oft road. I would also provide photo's and video's to yourselves to assist feedback.

Regards

Hippo

I can't wait until people start selling e-conversions for Landy's. Now weve conquered rust, all we need is to conquer doozle!

Who knows LR might have a electric motor built into the torque converter, creating a true electric 4x4 instead of the usual driven rear axle only :)

If your going to start playing with 3phase, make sure your mrs has a large wooden broom handle with a hook on the end and some life insurance for you :)
