Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has chequer plated there floor in the front of there disco one? My discovery came from a farmer who has removed the carpet from the drivers side and just has the sound proof in place so was thinking I may rip that out as it's wet and stinks, and replace with a false floor?

If anyone has done it any pics and did you make the plate or buy it precut if so where from?

i bought some plate and tried all sorts to get it to shape with no luck i made a template first and marked out on the plate but ended up with a right mess so back to drawing board

Try it in stages. Bung a big bit of card with a straight edge onto the plastic door trim. Get another piece with a straight edge and slide it up to the seat box. Tape the first and second piece together, etc.

i got the shape of the footwell out of card, i meant when i came to cut the plate i could not find any tool to cut it very god and when i did the lines were all off
