So what we’ve done so far is changed the gearbox from gear link and put a new clutch and flywheel from LOF on and changed the transfer box with 1.2 ratio from Ashcroft. I have changed the front prop with wide angle….. and the noise is still there, we are at a loss now as to what it could be

Your first video of the propshaft doesn't look like a new transfer box?
Was the noise present before changing the clutch?
Have you driven with one propshaft removed at a time? Remember though the rear prop holds the transmission brake drum on.
Noise can travel through the drive train and can be a bit deceptive.
Did you check front diff flange for movement when the prop was off?

I’m going to do some basic oil checks of the front diff and transfer just in case. There is a leak from the transfer but it very slight and I’m going back to Ashcroft to sort that out. I put the front prop into gear and checked for any backlash when engaged there is slight movement, is that normal? Interestingly I tried to put it in diff lock yesterday but no indicator came up on my dash?

You were in 5th in that video. Does it happen in any other gear?

Could be the front diff.
Have you also checked maybe your swivel pins are greased up as well? Maybe they are failing

I hear the noise. When you changed the propshaft, were you able to go as fast as you did before?
Perhaps the new propshaft is amplifying the noise of where it is coming from if you did not go as fast as you did in the video
