Yep with ignition OFF press brake 30 times for full depressurisation. Obviously take key out, put it in a safe place, so it cannot be switched on whilst you are working on car.
 
Ffs ive replaced the accumilator and its made no differance but i have noticed that when switched off the presure seems to seep back into the fluid tank. because the level is at max but if i let it stand for a bit the level rises!
Is there a none return valve anywere in the pump that might have gone? And is it replacable or is it a new pump? or somthing else?
