Is there any need to bleed the cooling system on a Series 3, or do I simply pour the coolant in.

The manual isn't clear on this.

Thanks for any replies.

Fill rad then run engine with heater on and top up until full,check heater putting out warm air.

It sometimes takes a couple of goes to get the heater working properly but it seems to sort itself out after a couple of drives on mine. I just fill through the rad, occassionally squeezing the top hose until full. The just keep topping up the expansion bottle.
