Ok own up...

I was walkin down the road from A38 falfield to charfield. The road had no pavement so walking on grass verge. Freelander comes past, clips the curb and the wing mirror hit me. It drove off and I picked myself up out of the bush. Didnt catch the reg but I got your wing mirror you pr**k!

For god sakes, sorry to hear that. You would have thought they would stop to apologise/see if you were ok. ****s.

What a prick, if you see a Freelander without its wing mirror ram it really really hard to show him a lesson and if its not the prick then some consolation that you hit a Freelander :D
 
What a c unt!!!
I bet the driver, (everyone elce just presumed it a fella), was drunk!
On the upside, if you didn't break the glass, you could make a few quid from the mirror, or take it to a local police station and report it!
I do drive a freelender, and I feel for you dude, no one should be hit and run!!!

I would be surprised if they were ****ed... It didn't hurt but did **** me up a bit
 
Might be worth reporting it to the police. You were very lucky this time, but that driver might make a habit of his/her bad driving with far worst outcomes.

Consider the time of day it happened. Many people regularly drive the same route day in day out as they commute for whatever reason.

Then hang about the area for a few days and maybe spot the car again.

Revenge could be much sweeter if you track them down.
 
Some parts have bar codes or indivdual numbers on them. Could some bright spark on here trace the reg with those details?????
 
Should report it to the police anyway as its is Hit and Run no matter what the outcome. You have the mirror and probably remember the colour and possibly the styling ie with or without rear wheel cover. Police will stop anyone without that mirror and colour car, you will have your revenge mate ;)
 
Told the plod and gave them the mirror, it was scratched up and the glass was cracked so didn't think anyone would buy it. I'll let ya know what happens. Keep an eye out for a silver gaylander with no l/h mirror and a drunk driver who can't drive. :p
