Seriously I can't get over that screw charger. It's ri-####ing-diculous and I think it's god damn awesome :D

oh yeah its a big bugger :D nearly as long as the crank shaft :eek: but no where near as heavy :D

I have a tub of pistons upstairs that I need to clean before I put the rings on so will take some pics of them when I get round to it

I like your health and safety footwear haha :D

Looks nice, will look awesome in the series engine bay :cool:

I should have bought red paint instead of lacquer though :p

Will look good sat in it ;) specially with the exhaust set up I is planning

Just as a little tech spec on this stupidly beefy axle;

Half shafts - 1.58" diameter
Spline count - 37/37
Pinion - 2" diameter
Crown - 11.25" diameter
Diff ratio unknown at this point in time but they do a 3.54 version of the ring and pinion if needed
Axle casing - 4"

Rover axle casing - 3.14"
Rover half shaft and Salisbury half shat respectively - 1.11" and 1.24"
Rover spine count I currently have - 10/10 on the rear

It's mahoosive!!!! :eek::eek::eek:

But I likes it and need one :p

Looking forward to actually dribbling over the axle at the weekend :D

It won't end up in the van honest! :D

It will I has a lwb van :rolleyes::D:D

I will sort out a clean that bulkhead up for you tonight too as it's covered in grinding dust :eek:

I may order a pair of floor mounted cylinders to use :p would make life a lot easier

Just need to order up some wheels/tyres for the axle now ;)

Class 2 or 3 military truck, need to order in some Michelin XLZ 50" tyres and military rims from the states, they'll come over in a mates container with a few classic cars so I can lose a little tax on them

Track width is massive but its not an issue as this wont be much of an off roader, more a rat rod toy now.

66" face to face, 77" hub to hub, these are meant to be able to run with twin wheels on them but I'll only be fitting single as I don't need the extra load capacity
