That's why I mentioned the v8 one being different. All the oil burners had the Bosch. If it is Lucas then someone has been cocking about.

So after all the noises it made I ended up taking the transfer box off to find a rather slack chain and the shaft off centre photos added

Ashcrofts do a refurbed transfer box for about £650.

Make sure they have polished the output flange as they didn't on mine and it chewed up 3 output seals before I twigged what was happening.

I have got One on way but not from Ashcroft as my mates have had issues with stuff from there before
