Looking for short term workshop/garage facilities in the North East of England - preferably closer to Newcastle.

Must have electricity/lighting, and comfortably fit a 110 so I can remove the roof and replace the capping as well as a number of other wee jobs. I'd anticipate looking at a weekend or two's rental as I'm no mechanic/engineer!

Any ideas? Google and Yell keep pointing me to vehicle rental and garage services!

Yeah...they're quite popular in the US and Canada, and thought they may have creeped over here!

not some giant warehouse with free scrapyard access, a cool leccy door, all the tools and open all night and you can leave the car there all the time too though right?

Pretty much....

Over there, for a small cost (and its pennies really, compared to what we'd have to pay) you can rent a heated garage/workshop complete with a full toolkit and facilities to make a brew....Its done on a short term rental - anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of weeks....

he seemed to use it permanantly, that would be nice.

I will look in to it in canada when I go back just for kicks
