Have also seen other spinning bladed items that claim to do the same. Thinking tho' if it is that good a product etc then wouldn't all the manufacturers be using them

Exactly if you bear in mind the EU are planning on penalising car manufacturers over emissions something cheap like this would be a quick win for them if it worked.

With the price of veg oil the way it is now, THAT could save about 15% of a fuel bill.

you and I have a head start on the manufacturer though CharlesY. The device claims to save petrol. As our landys are diesel we must make a bigger return on buying one as we'll be saving 100% of all petrol used.
