if i'm not mistaken... no-one's a fan of this!!!!!!!!

Have to say, it's a pity I'm not the bloke selling them

Just thought........... if they restrict the air flow, then you go slower. If you go slower then you use less gas. so the cheapest option is to take the lead weight out of my right shoe.

I got 33mpg on a run up to see my son in Penrith. The next morning after a good stiff **** I got 34mpg on the same route home.
So.... save your money... take a dump and save the planet :D

Somebody buy one please and do some proper comparison tests. Anyone can SAY somthing works just to justify themselves for falling for the bumf and parting with money.

I bought a similar one and have been running it for the last 6 months in my 200tdi Defender.

Made not a lot of difference. MPG is neither increased nor decreased. Running and power and torque are the same or the difference is so small as to be negligable.

My conclusions are that these type of things could well increase the running and mpg of a vehicle but to such a small amount that there are probably better ways to get more mpg and smoother running. Like change the air filter and oil regularly, make sure your intercoolers and pipework are clean and the air pipework isn't restricted or constricted in any way.
Don't waste your money on these things, just maintain your engine properly.
