They don't often go wrong although they can log a fault with low battery voltage which can be cleared with diagnostics. If you have had a shunt that has fired an airbag, then replacement is necessary unless you are able to replace the internal sensors.Thanks, im trying to get to it so i can check the s/no
Disconnected the seat airbags on mine and made some doofers to fool the SRS ECU into thinking they are still there.If you have an srs fault have you checked the yellow connectors under the seats as these are prone to throwing up the dash lights give them a clean with electrical contact cleaner.

Cannot find the yellow connectors or is it the large yellow plug under there?
