I, as part of Project Mobility will be there with our Freelander Challenge Rally Car and a couple of promo girls selling wristbands etc.
Anyone else going?
Would be nice to meet some members as I am new here.

Unfortunately I will be working nights that weekend so will not be able to make it but feel free to post some pics of the promo girls.

Hope the day goes well for you.

Here is a pic of our girls.

Not sure what colour their hair will be on Saturday though. Lol.

don't want to burst your bubble but:

"The Low Emission Zone (LEZ) operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including weekends and public and Bank Holidays.
Charging days run from midnight to midnight. So if you were to drive within the LEZ between 11.30pm and 01.00am the next day, you'd need to pay for two days.
Vehicles parked in the zone but not driving are not subject to the LEZ requirements for that day.
Remember, the LEZ isn't the same as the central London Congestion Charging zone. The Congestion Charge applies 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday, excluding public and Bank Holidays. If you drive within the Congestion Charging zone during these times you will have to pay the Congestion Charge, even if you meet the LEZ emissions standards or have paid the LEZ daily charge."

There is NO way I am paying £200-£400 to turn up to a bar/cafe
Well count me OUT then :-(

Hahahahahahahaha forget it! Been down there loads with my Mitsy FTO's and Evo's and bikes but not spending a months mortgage for a brekkie and a look at a couple of birds!

What a bunch of ****ers. Why did they bring in that stupid rule!!!
I want some money back in my road tax, as I can't use the all the roads anymore :-(

Is rubbish you can't even get an exemption for an event. How many people won't be able to go. What a farce.

I might go to this as my Disco is LEZ compliant and ive been up there loads of times there is usually live music and great food, so if you can make it get yourself up there.

It only applies to Commercial vehicles though so any other landy will be exempt

Fer those who have not yet been to the ACE,
its quite nice.
Used to go a lot when we lived in "outer london"
scooter club night as Mods & minnis,
classic & custom nights,
and Harley nights.

below is a promotion night for some car or another!!...lol
