shocker Well-Known Member Oct 9, 2010 #21 Sorry,I know its a no-brainer but air going past the injectors can cause white smoke
P PASTMASTER Well-Known Member Oct 9, 2010 #22 My 200TDi had clouds of white smoke for a while on startup. It turned out to be a worn key on the crankshaft pulley, which was putting the injector timing out. Cured by welding the pulley on.
