Hi all, I have a 1999 discovery 2 automatic
The vehicle will not start, I have replaced the tank pump and various other bits, new internal and external fuse boards, new bcm and coded, the vehicle turns over, no lights on the dash but will not start

Every now and then it will fire as if it’s going to start but just carry on turning over, I plugged into it with a diag I have (not nanocom) and when it’s cranking it’s reading 230 but for the split second it tries it reads 300
The prime function whereby pressing the pedal 5 times does not seem to work on this vehicle, it will run on break cleaner, I’m really unsure of what could be causing the problem and was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issue and what they did to overcome the issue
Thanks in advance to anyone with any information
Regards

Hi, you have to use a nanocom or hawkeye to make sure tat te ECU is not the problem even though it must get above 250rpm input to start
new bcm and coded
coded how? can your diag tool make the ECU learn the security code?
