My defender is 2004 TD5, I own it around 2 years; recently, I found my foot is painful, it may be caused by the clutch is too heavy.

Any advice to modify the clutch to be lighter???

Good first post, I would pop over to the Introduce Yourself section instead of going straight in with requests for help.

Heavy clutch pedal is usual but there is a solution...

Thank you for your information first.

I am a 32 yrs old guy who come from Hong Kong, my defender is my first car. I enjoy to drive it anytime, but this problem cause my knee very painful.

I have searched many web site to solve this problem, but no solution was found. It is amazing for me to find your solution.
