Hi guys. I really someone can help here. Just brought a freelander 2 (07) SE. The trip computer doesn't seem to work at all.
It only shows the outside temperature. Pushing the button on the end of the stalk does nothing at all. doesn't show average mpg or anything. Can it possibly be just a fuse?? Is it can be, which one. Hoping this is all it is. Any help much appreciated and thanks in advance

Maybe the button on the end of the stalk isn't working?

Could possibly be the button but i would have thought that something would be showing on the screen

No as one of the options is only the outside temp and nothing else on the trip computer.

Didn't realise the outside temp only showing was one of the options. I'll have to investigate the button on the stalk somehow. If anyone knows how to check this out please let me know

What spec is the vehicle. As said above, some spec versions only display the outside temperature and nothing else. You could possibly upgraded the IPACK with a diagnostic tool, something like the IID will do IPACK upgrades.

It's the SE version so it should show more than just the outside temp. I have the button on the end of the indicatou stalk to change things.
