I think they charge you £2,870 and give you a new KVM, BCM and a NEW KEY! (Even if you have a working key and there is nothing wrong with the KVM or BCM!)

When i actually looked at the eBay pics they were different. I just assumed it was a bad photo.
I think you'll be fine so long as the fob actually works, ie the buttons lock/unlock and the car will start

L322 - Key fob case replacement.
So guys an L322 suffer with key fob problems like rubber flapping off the sides. Like this We have 2 like this, 1 has insulation tape holding it together. So it’s time to sort them. It seems LR have a replacement part for this problem. Now you can buy them on the evil bay with the metal sides...www.landyzone.co.uk

I had to deal with the spring, we’re as the eBay 1s come pre assembled.
As I said in my thread parts here are slow and sometimes attract taxes so it’s a toss up cost v getting the right parts/postage cost, cos sending back is costly/not an option.
But if you want to try an have a “clicky click” biro handy then you have backup

All sorted. Two different key fobs from the bay. One came with unbranded side pieces and i managed to transfer one good side piece and attach my key to the second. £45 and £22 respectively. Both now work marvellously. I have not had two good working keys for years. Should have done it ages ago. Thanks, as always, for all your help.
