I thought 1st choice was just a sort of Spar for vehicle dismantlers. They all subscribe to the service and when you want a part it's faxed to all of them. And whoever has the part you want, phones/emails/faxes yer with a price. I used em years ago for a Golf GTi fuel pump and got about 10 scrap yards phoning me up.

My brother used this site (collective of breakers) to find a door for his car, the wrong type of door was sent twice! He had a **** of a job getting his dosh back (he's still out of pocket), and ended up getting a new door from a main dealer. I'm not saying all the breakers that have signed up are iffy but he went through hell because they simply did not have the right part that he requested and would not admit they'd fooked up.
