Hi, New man here, been thrown into the deep end with a Td5 headgasket/head issue. Stripped head off and cleaned up.
Skim definitely needed.

Any recommendations of make of replacement Headgasket? I'm presuming you get what you pay for?

Are we allowed to mention shops on here? There's a place in Stevenage I've used successfully for Jag parts in the past, also LR specialists. They've quoted £70ish for headset including HG.

That's what I thought, I'll get all the other bits from them and source an Elring H
