I can tell you but IMO you dont need that as long s the MAP stays at 215 or if the MAP doesnt go higher( to at least 230) with MAF unplugged... high sucction with low MAP reading means that there's a boost leak or low turbo outlet(boost) power cos the turbo spins fast hence the high air flow on sucction while the boost at the inlet is low. Clamping the MAF is not the cure in your case believe me cos even if it's not described in any document i can tell you 100% sure(based on hundreds of hours of study) that the ''MAF cut-out" syndrome is made on purpose as the fuelling to be reduced at extra high sucction for "turbocharger overspeed protection" cos if the MAF reading is accurate and it exceeds 680 as tu cut out it means that the turbo is spinning at a dangerous level alrready and it can burn out fast ... if the turbo is old better replace it's cartridge to rule out worn blades
