Could someone tell me what the black inserts are called which go between the window and bonnet left and right sides mine are perishing and would like to know where to get new ones if possible? I have a 2001 3 door Freelander S

They're rubber hinge seals, but I've no idea what they're called. It's easy to replace the whole scuttle section from a facelift FL1, which doesn't have those horrible flexy parts.

EBay, local scrap yard or new from LR, if you feel it's worth spending silly money.

You can get a complete facelift scuttle for that from a breakers, and it doesn't use the rubber parts, so nothing to fall off or go scabby.
